Hoppy Easter Everyone!

This is part of my Easter display at last weeks Perth Upmarket. Thanks to Rikki for taking the pic. My 'low calorie' Easter treats went down very well & I loved making them too.

"Despite some storm damage to the Winthrop Hall, Perth Upmarket has come up with a creative solution to ensure our biggest Upmarket goes ahead. The market will still be in the Winthrop Hall Undercroft and also flow out onto a beautiful lawn area next to Winthrop Hall."

see you there from 10am - 4pm this Sunday 28th March with some sweet new rabbit & egg designs for low calorie Easter gift giving! Of course I'll also have my full range of laser cut & stitched jewellery.

New Colourways & New Cards

I am so excited to be able to announce that I've found a local business to do all my acrylic laser cutting from now on. This means that not do I get my orders quicker, it is better for the planet & I now have a wider choice of colours to use - thrice yippee!

I'll be getting my new stock later today & the new colours will be ready for launch at Unwrapped next week - market details below. I am so looking forward to seeing some of my designs produced in purple, ivory & grey. They should look very classy! I'll post some photos here asap.

As you can see I've also been playing with my new paper cutter & produced some papercut cards in 2 designs which will be available in various colourways at all future markets. More designs on the way...

It's been all go with bookings & I now have lots of markets scheduled for the next 2 months. Here are the details:-

dates booked - Feb 13th, 20th & 27th plus March 13th
this coming Valentines weekend there are 35 stalls booked, so it's going to be a fun day!

Already it's February and I have had a whole month off, so it's time to hit the markets again!
This coming Saturday 6th Feb, I'll be at the Oxford St Market in Leederville. It's in the park at 100 Oxford St (opposite Kailis) 9am - 4pm. See you there!

Welcome to my new blog and what better day to begin blogging than Australia Day - & what better way to celebrate than to promote Australia Made - in fact Perth Made!
Some good friends of mine put together this facebook page of local makers who sell on etsy.com
Of course there is a link to my shop embroidery etsy shop 17threads. Only yesterday I decided to add some new work to the shop & sold one already - ok I admit it, it was to a friend, but nice to wake up to this morning anyway.
In the near future, I'll be opening a new etsy shop for my laser cut work. In the mean time I do have some available at the Unwrapped E-boutique.
